- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of common data structures and algorithms.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

The gReach Program is a 12 months paid upskilling program for industry professionals with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from under-represented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals.

Responsibilities
- Work on a technical project to build solutions and gain exposure to scale and complexity.
- Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution to effectively solve real-world problems.
- Develop scripts to automate routine tasks.
- Create and support a productive and innovative team, including working with peers, managers, and teams.
