Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in software sales, channel management/sales, and account management at an enterprise B2B software company.
  • Experience with managing sales or channel teams.
  • Experience with leadership, such as people management, team lead, mentorship or coaching.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in channel management or selling infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or applications software.
  • Experience working with partners in complex implementation projects.
  • Experience with complex commercial and legal negotiations, work with procurement, legal, and business teams in enterprises.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams within the organization and partners.
  • Ability to work with pre-sales and customers technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
  • Ability to leverage C-level relationships with executives to sell cloud solutions.

The Field Sales Manager for SEA Corporate is a senior executive position driving the regional growth strategy for Google Cloud. In this role, you will direct a multi-layered organization of Channel Sales Representatives, and partner specialists. You will scale the Google Cloud business across Traditional and Digital Native corporate customers through a partner-led model. You will hold the ultimate responsibility for the region's go-to-market strategy, revenue generation, and partner ecosystem health.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities

  • Align to identify corporate accounts within a defined territory and drive business growth in a set of suitable partners on various engagements.
  • Lead account planning processes that align partner and Google resources to maximize business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver consistent business growth by managing business cycles (e.g., prospecting, qualifying, forecasting, and managing a book of business) in identified accounts.
  • Discuss and manage complex business cycles, often presenting to C-level executives in the identified accounts.
  • Identify accounts business growth goals by aligning, managing partners success, and increasing Google Cloud Platform consumption in partner-led customer engagements.
