Role and responsibilities

Combines knowledge and skills of Development & Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Support in one engineering team.

Support PI members to complete continuous improvement. To cooperate with each department for maintain machine quality, yield rate & performance.

Education and experience

Master in Physics / Materials / Optoelectronic/Electrical Engineering/Microelectromechanical Systems related

Newly graduated ~ 10 years

a. Solve technical issues according to specifications and quality standards to secure no delivery delay.
b. D&E new product import in production line.
c. Product failure analysis and  quickly resolution of technical disturbance in the factory.
c. Contributing in optimizing processes
d. Advise across departments on potential direction of solution/ improvement within competence
