客戶專案支援 Duties: Review incoming bugs relating to Bluetooth audio devices and determine the root cause of the failure. You will need to dig into multiple log sources, review documentation, consult with other teams and ensure bugs are sent to the correct orgs/teams with supporting evidence. Responsibilities: • Review logs and identify root causes for bugs • Monitor and escalate major recurring issues and/or regressions. • Engage with other engineering teams with clarification, root cause analysis and next steps. • Update and route bugs based on what was unearthed in investigations.

As a System Integration Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless interaction between hardware and software, leveraging C++ and embedded systems knowledge to deliver stable, high-quality user experiences. The role involves diagnosing complex integration issues, improving system reliability, and building tools and processes that streamline integration and testing workflows. Responsibilities: •Debug and triage incoming integration issues reported during development and testing of Pixel Buds features, including issues related to embedded audio firmware. •Identify root causes of integration problems, implement bug fixes (C++/Communication protos/proto definitions), and contribute to the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks. •Develop and maintain automated tools and scripts (potentially using Python to interact with C++ based systems) to simplify manual testing processes and improve integration efficiency. •Contribute to the development and maintenance of project dashboards to track integration progress and identify potential roadblocks.

客戶專案支援 Duties: This role includes executing power benchmarking and measurements across multiple hearables platforms on both a scheduled and on-demand basis. You will work hands-on with lab equipment such as DAQs, programmable power supplies, and oscilloscopes to collect and analyze power data, applying a solid understanding of power measurement fundamentals to ensure accurate and meaningful results. Responsibilities: •Execute periodic power benchmarks on multiple products on platforms ranging from modified form factor devices to non form factor boards utilizing DAQs, programmable DC power supplies and other specialized low power measurement devices. •Gather and present analysis of component level power benchmarks for multiple targeted scenarios on both a periodic and on-demand basis. •Create documentation for power benchmark procedures for new boards and/or new workflows.

H2U 的業務版圖是透過多年併購整合起來的：健檢系統 eXamine、企業健康平台 eXpert、媒體品牌早安健康、運動社群運動筆記——每個品牌原本都有自己的技術棧、自己的資料庫、自己的用戶帳號系統。現在，H2U 正在把這些整合進統一的 H2U pano 平台，服務 300 萬會員、每年處理 200 萬人次的健檢數據，並朝 IPO 與海外擴張的方向前進。這個整合不會自己發生。你需要解決的問題非常具體：各品牌的數據怎麼在不破壞現有服務的前提下被統一調用？通知怎麼跨品牌統一管理不打擾用戶？系統出了問題，工程團隊怎麼在用戶感受到之前就知道？你是讓 H2U pano 能真正成為一個平台、而不只是五個品牌產品並排放在一起的人。這不是一個接 ticket 的維運角色。你需要在多品牌遺留技術棧並存的現實下判斷優先順序、建立中台標準、讓 Product Engineer 和 AI Engineer 能跑得更快、更有信心。你做的每一個架構決策，都會影響 H2U 整個技術生態系能走多遠。1. 可觀測性體系建立（最優先）從零設計並建立橫跨多品牌服務的 logging、monitoring、alerting 框架讓問題在影響用戶前被偵測——終結「用戶回報才知道」的現況定義關鍵服務的 SLO，建立 on-call runbook 與事故處理流程2. 共用服務中台建立H2U 五個品牌各自有自己的技術棧、資料庫、通知邏輯、會員系統——這些能力現在是重複建造的，而且互相不通。你的工作是把「各品牌都需要、但不應該各自重複建」的共用能力抽出來，建成可靠的中台服務，讓 Product Engineer 和 AI Engineer 都能直接調用，而不是各自面對五套歷史系統。數據中台打通 eXamine、運動筆記、eXpert 的數據孤島，建立統一的 user health profile設計跨品牌的 data integration layer，解決異質 schema 的整合問題數據中台的品質直接決定 AI Engineer 能用的訓練與檢索資料的完整性通知與推播中台統一管理早安健康 LINE 推播、H2U App 健康提醒、eXpert 企業員工通知建立頻率控制、用戶偏好、渠道優先序的統一規則，避免用戶被跨品牌重複打擾提供 Product Engineer 可直接調用的通知 API，不需要各功能各自串渠道會員與權益中台統一管理 300 萬會員跨品牌的訂閱狀態、方案權益、課程購買紀錄讓 Product Engineer 在開發功能時能直接查詢「這個用戶有沒有買過這堂課」、「這個企業員工的方案包含什麼」，而不是各自去查各品牌的 DB內容分發中台建立早安健康千萬篇內容的統一 content API，供 AI Engineer 做 RAG 知識庫建立、Product Engineer 做內容推薦介面調用避免各角色直接耦合早安健康的 CMS，讓內容的更新與分發有統一的管控點API Gateway在中台服務之上建立 API Gateway，涵蓋 rate limiting、multi-tenant 隔離、版本控管、存取權限管理提供清晰穩定的 API 契約，讓其他工程師在中台上快速開發3. CI/CD 與部署標準化在多個品牌技術棧並存的環境中，建立統一的部署流程與標準建立環境隔離、rollback 機制與 feature flag 標準，讓每位工程師對部署有信心協助各品牌技術團隊逐步遷移至共同基礎設施4. 雲端基礎設施與成本治理管理 AWS / GCP 架構，在可靠性、效能與成本之間做出合理取捨以 IaC（Terraform / Pulumi）確保基礎設施的可重複性與版本控管為 IPO 準備階段的技術審查建立清晰的基礎設施文件與治理標準5. 健康數據的資安與合規基礎建立跨品牌健康數據的存取控制、加密標準與稽核日誌機制確保整合架構符合台灣個資法、HIPAA 等相關規範——eXamine 每年處理 200 萬人次健檢數據，合規不是選項與 Product Engineer、AI Engineer 協作，確保新功能的部署流程內建資安檢核
