Consistently ranked among the top 10 global exchanges, BTSE is expanding rapidly and invites ambitious, driven professionals to become valuable members of its B2C and B2B businesses.About the Opportunity:BTSE is seeking an experienced Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) / Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to establish and lead the compliance function for its Turkiye operations. This senior position will oversee the firm’s compliance with the requirements of the Financial Crimes Investigation Board (MASAK) and other Turkish authorities overseeing crypto asset service providers (CASPs) and group-wide governance standards, ensuring BTSE maintains the highest levels of integrity, transparency, and regulatory compliance across all activities. The CCO/MLRO will serve as the main liaison with regulators, lead AML/CTF and compliance strategy, and collaborate closely with the Group Chief Compliance Officer and senior management team to support the company’s expansion in the Turkey region.ResponsibilitiesRegulatory Leadership OversightAct as BTSE Turkiye’s principal contact for MASAK, the Central Bank of Turkey and other relevant authorities. Lead and manage all regulatory filings, notifications, inspections, and correspondence. Ensure timely implementation of new or updated regulations, circulars, and guidance issued by MASAK relevant to CASP operations. or other supervisory bodies. Represent the firm in regulatory meetings and audits, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.AML / CTF Financial Crime ComplianceServe as the designated MLRO for the Turkiye entity. Oversee customer due diligence (CDD/KYC), transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, investigations, and suspicious transaction reporting in line with Turkey’s AML/CFT laws. Maintain and update the AML/CTF framework, including policies, procedures, and risk assessments tailored to the virtual asset sector.Ensure all employees receive adequate AML/CTF and compliance training, including onboarding and annual refreshers.Conduct periodic internal compliance reviews and testing to assess control effectiveness and recommend improvements.Governance, Policy AdvisoryDevelop and maintain BTSE Turkiye’s compliance policy framework, ensuring alignment with BTSE Group standards. Provide strategic compliance and regulatory advice to management and product teams on new initiatives, business models, and partnerships. Participate in risk committees, ensuring that compliance risks are properly identified, documented, and mitigated. Oversee the data protection and regulatory reporting functions in collaboration with legal and risk counterparts.Monitoring ReportingMaintain detailed records of compliance monitoring activities, breaches, and remedial actions. Prepare periodic compliance and AML reports for the Board and the Group Chief Compliance Officer.Establish and track Key Compliance Indicators (KCIs) to measure program effectiveness.Lead the annual review of the entity’s Risk Assessment and Compliance Monitoring Plan.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 7–10 years of compliance and AML/CTF experience within financial services, fintech, or virtual asset/crypto industries.Deep understanding of Turkish regulatory landscape and related AML/CTF obligations.Proven experience dealing directly with regulators and leading compliance programs in Turkey.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.Native-level Turkish proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.Turkish citizenship is required for this role, along with legal authorization to work locally.Nice to havesProfessional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, CCAS, or equivalent.Fluent or professional working proficiency in turkishExperience with blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Elliptic, etc.).Previous involvement in license applications or regulatory inspections under MASAK, or similar regimes.Familiarity with market surveillance tools (e.g., Solidus Labs, NASDAQ SMARTS).#LI-AA1

Strong desire to win deals, RFPs and Standards.- Ensure you maintain an accurate project pipeline as well as pipeline sufficiency to meet and exceed your quota.- Create client presentation, do hands-on solutions demo, propose and quote and follow-through till closure.- Consistently develop new business and convert into opportunities. Work with the channel partners and distributors to fulfil customers’ requirements.- Work with Inside Sales and Marketing and respond promptly to leads from various sources, qualify, convert and close MQLs.- Work and collaborate with internal stakeholders including Inside Sales, Sales Engineer, Channels, Distribution, Finance and Marketing functions.- Develop a list of strategic accounts, develop and regularly update the account plan.- Responsibility to maintain an accurate project pipeline and sufficiency to meet and exceed your quota.Key Qualifications Preferred Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:- Results-driven, self-motivated and strong ability to prioritize and achieve assigned sales quota.- Proven track record in direct sales and able to sell into large corporate/enterprise/government/education accounts- Experience in selling Unified Communications (UC), Workspace and Cloud solutions.- Prospect net new customer logos and able to maintain business with existing accounts.- Able to do hands-on solutions demo, execute successful Proof of Concept (PoC).- Able to build account plan for the list of strategic accounts.- Proficient in using Salesforce.com.- Experience responding to RFP/RFQ/ITQ/Tender.- Influential communicator and skilful presentation.- Collaborative nature and is a Team player.#LI-YS1Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
