The Research and Development (RD) Engineering team leads the design for Google’s global data center components from the utility to the IT rack. Report and synthesize on regional constraints, requirements, and best practices in Data Center design and constructability.  Coordinate between local engineering execution teams, construction and site acquisition partner teams, and central (U.S.. based) RD Engineering leads. Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding YouTube's legal removals processes. Work within a team to identify and improve processes, operational quality and scalability. Assist in developing internal and external educational materials, and in designing new workflows to support the strategic directions of the business. Review graphic, controversial and sometimes offensive video content. Be available for occasional remunerated on-call coverage during the weekend.
