・負責收集、清理、管理平台內外部數據，確保資料完整與正確，打造可供分析使用的數據集・監控數據質量與資料庫模型，持續優化數據處理流程・分析用戶行為（活躍、留存、付費）、市場活動成效及用戶來源渠道・應用統計、ML/DL 和生成式 AI 技術來建立使用者分類、詐欺偵測、情緒分析和其他目標的功能・以數據支持產品優化，協助設計及分析A/B測試・與其他產品開發團隊合作，了解他們的業務需求，如潛在用戶名單、用戶風險分析，制定並完成端到端分析，包括資料收集、分析、持續擴展交付和演示・使用Tableau/Power BI設計並維護BI報表，推動數據自助化・結合業界Knowhow與指標洞察，提出實際可行的解決方案

1. 參與平台型後端系統的設計、開發與維運 2. 負責⾼併發、⾼流量服務的效能優化與穩定性提升 3. 使⽤ Redis、Kafka、MySQL 等核⼼元件，解決實際業務與效能問題 4. 參與線上系統 on-call，協助即時排查與處理線上異常 5. 與產品、前端、其他後端⼯程師協作，確保系統可擴展性與可維護性 6. 參與既有系統的重構與技術改善，⽽⾮僅新增功能

・與產品、風控、運營團隊協作，針對業務需求定義資料模型與監控指標・建置 ETL 流程，收集與清洗來自平台的行為數據（如下注記錄、轉碼、點擊行為）・開發與維護異常偵測模型（如洗碼對打、機器人行為、套利用戶）・利用機器學習或統計模型預測玩家留存、LTV、流失風險・設計風控策略，提升平台資金與行爲風險控制能力・定期產出分析報告，提出可行的產品或營運優化建議

・獨立完成提案規劃，功能可行性評估，產品規格撰寫與設計 ・跨單位協作，時時追蹤各項專案進程，確保功能準時準確落地 ・透過市場調研、競品分析、數據分析，規劃符合時下市場和使用者接受且習慣的產品 ・對內：組織需求評審，精準溝通需求，確保開發團隊理解和掌握需求 ・對外：主動與客方建立雙向溝通，通過需求訪談，掌握市場動向和用戶喜好，持續迭代完善產品功能 ・根據數據分析，評估市場動向，評估產品不足 ・根據埋點紀錄，分析UX介面分析功能，改善流程

1.風險數據分析 ・蒐集並分析遊戲相關交易數據，偵測異常與高風險行為・建立可視化風險控管儀表板，提供同仁觀察及定位出風險點・建立並優化風險模型，包含詐欺偵測、異常遊戲行為分析 2.監控與報告・建立即時監控系統，追蹤玩家與交易動態，提供即時風險警示・定期產出風險控管報告，協助管理層決策 3.跨部門合作 ・支援營運、產品與客服團隊，提供數據洞察，降低業務風險・制定風險控管流程與防範措施・協助內部人員辨識風險與詐騙手法

・軟體程式開發案及後續更新維護等工作・線上產品功能開發、測試維護・跨部門需求溝通與確認

・擔任核心開發者,承擔關鍵任務攻關・保證所負責系統的穩定性、高性能、可擴展性

【工作內容】 帶領 QA 團隊（約 6 人），負責日常測試任務分配與品質控管 建立與優化完整測試流程（測試策略、測試計畫、缺陷管理） 主導自動化測試導入與推動（提升測試效率與覆蓋率） 規劃與執行 Web / App / 前後端系統測試 推動測試工具與流程標準化（CI/CD、測試框架等） 與開發、產品團隊密切合作，提升整體產品品質 負責測試報告與品質指標分析，持續優化流程 【使用技術 / 工具】 測試類型：Manual Testing、Automation Testing、Performance Testing 工具：Selenium、JMeter、Postman、Jenkins 技術基礎：HTTP、Web架構、API測試 自動化語言：Python / JavaScript（不限） 其他：Linux、MySQL、Git、Jira 【薪資與福利】 月薪：NTD 110,000 – 120,000（依經驗核定） KPI 獎金：一年四次績效獎金制度 彈性上下班（08:00–10:00 彈性上班） 每週一天WFH（固定週五） 特休：首年 10 天，逐年增加 全薪病假：每年 6 天
