擔任建商、銀行與公司間的專業橋樑，負責建築融資與信託管理業務之開發與執行。透過專業評估與風險控管，協助客戶取得開發資金並建立完善的信託管理架構，以促進不動產交易市場之安全與效率 。【明確的工作內容】1.業務開發與關係經營：執行「建築融資」與「信託管理」之新客源拓展（包含電話開發、拜訪談判）及既有客戶關係維護 。2.融資專業評估分析：進行興建計畫審查，包含市場調查、房地造價評估及資金規劃 。3.金融機構洽辦協商：與銀行端洽辦並協商融資條件，維繫長期穩定的互動關係 。4.信託規劃與契約執行：依銀行條件規劃個案信託委託架構，負責契約條款修訂、用印及簽立 。5.專案流程整合管理：協調跨單位執行案件管理，包含專戶資金控管、工程進度查核及不動產信託管理 。6.專業法規諮詢服務：提供客戶關於都市更新、危老重建、地政及建築相關專業法規之諮詢 。
