In this role, you will play a key part in aligning product strategies with marketing initiatives to ensure a seamless product launch, exceptional user experience, and market success. You will focus on building bridges between departments, leveraging customer insights, and delivering impactful results.Responsibilities:Define and drive the product vision and strategy for trading platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver innovative trading products that meet user needs.Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor products to continuously improve the trading experience.Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.Monitor key product metrics and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product performance.Requirement:3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in financial services, fintech, or trading platforms.Strong understanding of trading concepts, financial markets, and trading products (e.g., stocks, futures, options, cryptocurrencies).Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic product decisions.Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Nice to HaveExperience working with cryptocurrency trading platforms or decentralized finance (DeFi) products.Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analyst) and familiarity with trading algorithms.Previous experience in a startup environment or scaling a product from the ground up.Perks BenifitsCompetitive total compensation packageVarious team-building programs and company eventsAnd many more!
