POSITION SUMMARY • Responsible for NCE knowledge transfer and communication within factory; • Accountable for NCE implementation follow guidelines within factory; A DAY IN THE LIFE … 1. Deploy manufacturing system in which NCE/TPM integrated with digital framework across factories to support the acceleration of performance in a sustainable way: • Maintain the foundation of the factory with PDCA and SDCA cycle through Goal Alignment – Focused Improvement practices; • Align and coordinate the implementation plan of all TPM pillars in the factory: AM, PM, E&T, Q, SHE, LVS,…; • Support by delivering Training/Coaching/Assessment activities to Local leadership team, Working Group to strengthen their structures, accelerate their implementation plan; • Implement digitalization in factory by leveraging advanced analysis tools to enhance process mastership and deploy connected workers to enable a LEAN efficient operation; • Recognition the progress of NCE in the factory to promote people engagement/motion; 2. Manage Standard: St-21.908 – Manufacturing resources performance measurement • Ensure the right set-up of all production lines with resource classification; • Ensure the compliance to: - Measure line performance - Line production standards – overview: Time Classification and Line Operating Conditions, Production Versions - Line production standards – labors: LLS - Line production standards – Energy - Line production standards – Materials: BOM 3. Factory capacity management: • Periodically perform capacity simulation of the factory on the tactical and strategic horizons, including investment decisions; • Nominal speed study and de-bottle neck project where needed and possible; 4. Reporting/Presentation: Manage factory reports, ensure KPIs accuracy for weekly/monthly review internal factory as well as external Prepare presentation for communicating strategies, goals, and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and external partners.

POSITION SUMMARY You will plan new product development projects to be launched on time, with effective cost with no major qualify issues and in compliance with Nestle and local regulations as well as improve existing products. A DAY IN THE LIFE … • Trial for validation of new packaging and changes in specifications. • Support shelf-life, storage handling, laboratory and transport tests for validation of new packaging. • Conduct value analysis; identify and recommend cost reduction and source optimization opportunities. • Support Corporate Packaging and Procurement in the selection, assessment and development of new suppliers/converters. • Ensure development of competencies of packaging lab analyst or supplier & disseminate packaging best practices and knowledge at the shop floor.
