The Role You will be on the team that builds and improves these AI agents. Your job is to make them more capable, more reliable, and more autonomous, so that more people can turn ideas into production software without writing code themselves. The things you build will directly shape how the entire company ships software. What You'll Do Build and improve the AI agents that power our development workflow. These agents write code, run tests, do code reviews, and fix issues. Your job is to make them better at all of it.Own your projects end-to-end: figure out what to build, build it, evaluate whether it works, ship it.Work directly with the people who use these agents. Understand where they break down, where they are slow, and where they could do more. Then go fix it.Make agents smarter over time. Measure what matters, find the patterns, and improve the system.Stay current with what is happening in AI tooling. New models, new tools, new protocols show up constantly. Try them.
