一、系統營運與配置 (System Operations Configuration) ●負責 HRIS 系統(如 Workday, SAP HCM 等)的日常維護,確保組織架構、員工資料與權限設定的正確性。 ●協助系統功能測試、參數設定與商業流程(Business Process)調整,以支持組織變動需求。 ●作為系統的一線支援窗口,排除使用者問題(Troubleshooting),並與供應商或 IT 部門協作解決技術異常。 二、數據分析與報表 (Data Analytics Reporting) ●運用系統報表工具或 Excel,定期產出人力資源關鍵數據(如:Headcount Report, Turnover Rate, Labor Cost Analysis)。 ●維護 HR 數據品質(Data Integrity),定期執行資料清洗與稽核,確保數據作為決策依據的準確性。 三、專案參與與流程優化 (Project Implementation Optimization) ●參與 HR 系統導入或模組優化專案,協助需求訪談、UAT 測試、操作手冊撰寫與教育訓練。 ●主動檢視現有 HR 作業流程,提出自動化或系統優化建議,提升使用者體驗與行政效率。 四、HR跨部門整合業務 ●協助HR跨部門整合業務,或其他主管交辦事項
