【工作內容說明】 1. 收發、記錄及彙整交易之憑證，並登錄至費用報表。 2. 供應商數據、成本及報價單建檔與管理。 3. 執行各項會計作業，以符合財會及稅務之規定。 4. 負責成本制度之建立與優化，執行成本結帳、成本報表編製及成本差異分析，並提出改善建議。 5. 審核各項收支之發票、單據、合約及帳務處理並協助內部審計等相關作業。 6. 依據不同需求進行報表製作與確保數據真實性、準確性。 7. 協助各項作業流程改善及內控流程規劃及掌握。 8. 一般文書資料處理，維護、更新檔案。 9. 具備AI自動化工具使用或導入經驗 10. 其他主管交辦事項【基本需求】 1. 熟悉 Google workspace、Excel、Word等文書軟體 2. 具備Excel巨集或資料庫建立能力，能管理大量資料的經驗 3. 具備危機意識與情境敏感度，能協助主管調解各類溝通問題。 4. 具導入ERP經驗者為佳。
