【工作內容】一、帳務處理與日常會計憑證登載並產出每月四大報表製作、提供每月營業成本,於每月10號前提供上個月報表。二、稅務申報與法規遵循•負責所有稅務申報(營業稅、營所稅、各類扣繳等)及調節表編製,確保符合法規要求。•準備與對應會計師查帳、稅務勘查及年度審計等作業。•股東會、董事會協助辦理,及公司營利事業登記變更作業申報。三、預算編制與經營分析•制定年度預算與預測,追蹤實際執行情形,進行差異分析及建議。•協助成本分析,協助內部單位制訂產品定價、專案報價、獎金訂定等。四、財務報表與資訊揭露•定期(月、季、年)編製財務報表及管理會計報告,提供經營管理層決策依據。•分析財務數據,指出成本控管與獲利改進建議。五、現金流管理與資金運用•監控現金流狀態,規劃資金調度,避免資金短缺。•負責與銀行往來業務(開立帳戶、貸款、授信往來等)。六、主管交辦事項,如協助ERP導入、流程改善、年度盤點等作業。【我們期待的夥伴】1.熟悉會計原則、稅務法規及公司法,具完工比例法認列營收之實務經驗。2.高度自律及保密意識,細心且具問題分析能力,並得以積極回報與追蹤。3.良好的獨立作業及溝通協調能力,能與其他部門、外部機構有效互動。4.具會計師事務所工作經歷尤佳。*職等職級及薪資將依學經歷敘薪。
