▍About GoFreight
GoFreight is the leading vertical SaaS platform for freight forwarders, offering an all-in-one solution that helps manage shipments, customers, accounting, and operations. Our mission is to modernize global trade by empowering logistics service providers with world-class software.
▍About the Role
We're looking for a Product Manager who is a true driver—someone who takes full ownership of a product line or mission-critical initiative and pushes it forward with urgency, clarity, and purpose. This role sits at the center of GoFreight's roadmap and requires a strategic thinker who can translate complex customer needs into scalable, high-impact solutions.
At GoFreight, Product Managers operate as mini CEOs of their product areas—owning both the top line (revenue growth, adoption) and the bottom line (efficiency, retention, and scalability). You are expected to think critically, challenge assumptions, and continuously improve how we work—going beyond execution to shape better solutions and outcomes.
AI is a core part of how we operate. Like all other roles in the Engineering Product Development department, Product Managers are expected to use AI as a default layer in their workflow—leveraging it to accelerate thinking, decision-making, and execution—while applying strong judgment to guide, refine, and validate outputs to achieve high-quality results.
Success in this role requires deep domain, customer, and market understanding—especially within freight forwarding and global logistics. You'll be expected to understand customer workflows, operational realities, and market dynamics, and translate that into product decisions that drive meaningful business impact in an enterprise SaaS context.
We operate with high velocity. You should be comfortable learning quickly, adopting new tools (especially AI), iterating rapidly, and delivering value continuously. Speed matters—but not at the expense of thoughtful problem solving and long-term scalability.
Clear and efficient communication is critical. You'll need to adapt your communication to different audiences, align cross-functional teams, and ensure execution happens without confusion or delay across Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success.
Above all, this role requires strong ownership, grit, and follow-through. You are expected to understand the “why” behind the work, navigate ambiguity, drive progress through challenges, and deliver outcomes to completion.
We're a fast-moving, global startup operating across time zones. This role requires a high level of commitment, adaptability, and responsiveness—including occasional evening or weekend collaboration to stay aligned with global teams and customers.
If you're energized by ownership, speed, and impact—and want to help shape the future of freight forwarding technology—we'd love to talk.
