The Procurement supervisor is responsible for the excellent execution of procurement objectives as assigned projects which should be fully aligned with procurement policies, company business conduct and compliance.The role should have better communication skills with stakeholders and suppliers in driving the procurement objectives to meet target and be able to bridge the gap by having better collaboration or finding resources with cross-functional partners, resulting in exceptional performance and contribution towards long-term growth and profitability.This position will report to Procurement Manager of TWHK, located in Taiwan Key Responsibility:[Procurement] •Accountable for Amway Taiwan and Hong Kong overall Procurement related KPIs •Collaborates with business teams to understand their procurement needs and ensure compliance with company policies •Acts the sourcing plans that align on short- and long- term business needs •Works with business partners to align on supplier relationship management strategies that create additional values. •Independently acts negotiations of supplier contractual agreements.•Drives efficiency by finding the process improvement in streamlining operations. •Develop new suppliers to drive opportunities of cost saving, ideations, or strategic risk management.[Category Strategy]•Follows local Initiatives and execute sourcing activity as per defined regional/global category strategy.•Demonstrates good working knowledge of the industry's systems and processes•Communicates the rationale for change clearly to key stakeholders.•Embraces changes with sensitivity and tact. •Implements change plan effectively.•Observes supply market dynamics and drivers.
