Product Sales and Customer Service (Satisfy my customers by selling our products and services) - Show availability and welcome each customer as a guest. - Sell our products and services physically and digitally (online and in-store). - Propose the loyalty program to customers. - Handle customer payments (Store Checkout). - Process Buyback products from customers. 2. Store Commercial Layout and Visual Dynamics (Commercial and dynamic layout experience) - Follow and apply merchandising guidelines. - Ensure a complete commercial facing (product presentation). - Put in place commercial campaigns. - Execute seasonal movings and adjustments. 3. Process Efficiency and Stock Availability (Process efficiency and stock availability) - Ensure an efficient truck to peg process (receiving to display). - Check stock for accuracy and apply the anti-shrinkage plan. - Manage fitting rooms and customer returns. - Prepare Click Collect (CC) and Ship from Store (SFS) orders.
