· Reporting to Assistant Manager, Digital· Construct 3D model and prepare shop drawings for submission to the authorities and for construction using BIM software.· Update 3D model according to latest information provided and ensure accuracy of shop drawings.· Monitor and inform Project Design Team on clashes.· Support Project Design Team in managing RFIs· To participate, work closely and give support to safety personnel at site on all initiatives/ matters relating to Safety and Health· To comply with the Company Safety Management System and the WSHA and its subsidiary legislation

• To assist Project Manager in the pre-contract or post-contract of fast-track projects • For the pre-contract role, your job involves evaluation of price comparison and costing summary. You will prepare tenders, measurement and preparation of bills of quantities and quotations for both civil and building projects • For post-contract role, your job involves ensuring accurate measurement of quantities to assist in the preparation of progress payment claims, variation order claims and payments to subcontractors and suppliers including all final accounts. Maintenance of proper documentation of events at site for variation order / Extension of Time (EOT) claims • To participate, work closely and give support to safety team on all initiatives and matters relating to Safety and Health • To comply with the Company Safety Management System and the Workplace Safety Health Act (WSHA) and its subsidiary legislation

• Report to Project Manager, oversee the implementation of construction works and be responsible for coordinating and supervising subcontractors’ works to ensure timely completion and quality standards of project • Prepare and update all site reports and monitor progress of project • Participate, work closely and give support to safety personnel at site on all initiatives/ matters relating to Safety and Health • Comply with the Company Safety Management System and the WSHA and its subsidiary legislation
