Job Description

• To assist Project Manager in the pre-contract or post-contract of fast-track projects
• For the pre-contract role, your job involves evaluation of price comparison and costing summary. You will prepare tenders, measurement and preparation of bills of quantities and
quotations for both civil and building projects
• For post-contract role, your job involves ensuring accurate measurement of quantities to assist in the preparation of progress payment claims, variation order claims and payments to subcontractors and suppliers including all final accounts. Maintenance of proper documentation of events at site for variation order / Extension of Time (EOT) claims
• To participate, work closely and give support to safety team on all initiatives and matters
relating to Safety and Health
• To comply with the Company Safety Management System and the Workplace Safety & Health Act (WSHA) and its subsidiary legislation

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Other pre-requisites are to be meticulous, possess good analytical skills, be a team
player and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials will be added advantage
