Graduate Trainee Program – Unleash Potential, Spread Beauty

Our 12-month GMT Program is designed to fast-track talented young individuals through job rotations, intensive training, one-on-one mentoring, and real-world projects within the floral and gifting industry.

You will gain hands-on experience across key departments such as product design, customer experience, e-commerce, and operations, while learning directly from senior leaders within the ZAS Trading ecosystem.

Upon completion, high-performing trainees will be offered full-time positions and begin their journey to becoming Managers or Senior Managers within 1-2 years.

Key Departments You'll Experience:

Operations

Get involved in the entire order fulfillment process, including warehouse handling, logistics, and delivery. Each bouquet is an emotional journey — your mission is to ensure it's delivered smoothly and on time.

Sales / Customer Service

Engage with customers across multiple channels (hotline, social media, website), offering tailored solutions and heartfelt recommendations. Learn the art of emotional selling, analyze customer behavior, and collaborate with product, ops, and marketing teams to ensure every order is not just correct — but unforgettable.

12-Month Training Program:

• In-depth training from floral industry professionals and business experts
• Hands-on experience across key areas such as floral design, operations, customer service, and sales
• Attractive training allowance throughout the program: Starting salary of 10,000,000 VND, with three performance review milestones throughout the program.

• Recent graduates or students who have completed their studies and are awaiting graduation.
