Who we are looking for A proactive Firmware / Embedded engineer who can manage and lead our embedded and systems development in a fast-paced, purpose driven start up. The ideal candidate is experienced in embedded engineering and also has experience in both systems architecture and fast-paced development for IoT products. The candidate should be able to both think high-level (e.g., product requirements, architecture) as well as execute directly on embedded development. In addition to being an excellent developer, the candidate should work well with others and in team settings. The candidate will collaborate with different functional teams including Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Manufacturing, and more. He / She will also have the opportunity for significant leadership and responsibility on the team. Who we are looking for We are looking for an entrepreneurial software engineer who thrives in an unstructured environment. You can operate autonomously with minimal guidance and have a nose for product value. You are able to move fast, working with our designers and product managers to iterate quickly while not sacrificing code quality. Your code is clean and well-tested, but not over-engineered.
