You are an entrepreneurial director of hardware engineering that directs and oversees all aspects of hardware engineering activities within an organization.

Your Skills and Experience
Responsibilities
- Communicate to international partners to define system level solution, lead system level integration and validate performance after installation;
- Manage and provide direction to small team of hardware Electrical Engineers, Firmware designers, and Mechanical engineers;
- Define and own the hardware design roadmap and navigate the tradeoffs between performance, quality, time to market, and cost;
- Lead customer and partner technical interface meetings, discussions and follow-ups;
- Responsible for the successful delivery of Wynd’s next generation hardware products including architecture, design, development, integration and test;
- Lead, develop and grow a highly technical hardware team with a passion for shipping products
Minimum qualifications
- Candidate should have a solid and well rounded technical background
- Very good knowledge of firmware
- Deep understanding of Design and manufacturing process
- Fluent in English
- Can work with different timezone
- Good understanding of Firmware and Electronic engineering and Schematics
Preferred qualifications
- Proficient in Python
- RTOS
- IOT products
