We are seeking a senior Quant Trading Strategist to join our dynamic team, focusing on developing and implementing successful trading strategies that align with our strategic goals and market opportunities. This role requires a minimum of five years in quantitative trading, with a proven track record in trading strategy development and treasury management, including hands-on experience with blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets. The ideal candidate will bridge our trading and product development teams, using their strong analytical skills and market insights to drive product enhancements and innovate AI-based trading solutions. You will collaborate closely with Market Makers and our technical teams to translate trading requirements into actionable tech and product developments. A strong foundation in financial markets, coupled with expertise in machine learning and cloud computing, is essential to succeed in this role. A degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Responsibilities: Design and implement successful trading strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.Implement successful strategies for $WSDM Token treasury and liquidity management.Being able to effectively communicate with Market Makers and translate the requirements into actionable items in tech and product teams.Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new and existing products.Collaborate with the product team to provide expert insights into the trading market, helping to enhance and develop our trading offerings.Act as a bridge between the trading and product development teams, ensuring product offerings are relevant, competitive, and meet the needs of our clients.Continuously monitor and review the performance of trading strategies and products, suggesting improvements or innovations as needed.Contribute to the development of AI-based trading solutions and insights.

Your role will involve providing prompt and courteous responses, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex cases to higher levels of support when necessary. Additionally, you will maintain detailed records of interactions and contribute to improving the overall customer experience. Also this is a remote position and candidates can work from anywhere. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.Provide accurate information about products/services, features, and policies.Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating our platform or website.Troubleshoot and resolve common problems independently, escalating complex issues to senior support staff or technical specialists as needed.Document customer interactions, including the nature of the inquiry, actions taken, and resolutions provided, in our CRM system or ticketing software.Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and their needs are met.Collaborate with other team members, including sales, product development, and technical teams, to address customer concerns and improve product/service offerings.Stay informed about product updates, new features, and industry trends to better assist customers and provide accurate information.Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with the management team to enhance the overall customer support experience.Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers, demonstrating patience and understanding in all interactions.
