Job Description:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a software engineering role, or Tier‑2+ customer/application support.
* Proficiency in Japanese language is mandatory. (JLPT: N2)
* Strong coding knowledge in Java with familiarity in relevant frameworks.
* Experience with SQL and leveraging databases for data analysis.
* Experience with ITIL practices, including incident, problem, and change management.
* Hands‑on experience with monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Splunk).
* Willingness to participate in on‑call rotations and provide weekend coverage as required.
