As an assistant manager of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), the role works with a high level of autonomy and discretion, build and maintain robust development foundations to support consistent evolution of commerce platform and digital ecosystem.

-Responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of critical systems and applications in line with service level objectives. Drive continuous improvement, optimize processes, manage incidents, and align technical decisions with business goals, maintain a resilient and efficient technology infrastructure .
-Working collaboratively within agile technology teams to provide guidance and support, facilitating platform development, strengthen digital ecosystem evolution, fortify technology foundation.


(Job Description)
⚫Create and maintain software systems that enhance the reliability of production systems. Implement automation for infrastructure provisioning, scaling, and management using tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, and AWS CDK.
⚫Assess capacity needs for technology services and ensure sufficient resources can handle increased traffic or usage, and dynamically scale resources when needed.
⚫Continuously monitor system performance, balancing cost, performance, and reliability to ensure optimal cost-effectiveness and reliable performance.
⚫Provide solid technical support for promotional activities or seasonal campaigns to ensure dependable services and an excellent customer experience.
⚫Provide incident response and troubleshooting support by promptly addressing incidents, diagnosing problems, and efficiently resolving them. Additionally, share on-call responsibilities to handle critical issues beyond regular business hours.
⚫Implement security best practices to ensure adherence to security standards and industry regulations.
⚫Automate deployment pipelines using tools in AWS cloud environments, and collaborate with development teams to manage releases effectively.
⚫Design and implement backup and recovery plans for critical services, and conduct disaster recovery drills to validate procedures.
⚫Work closely with software developers, operations teams, and security teams, and document processes, procedures, and incident responses.
⚫Develop monitoring dashboards and alarms for critical metrics, promptly respond to alerts, take necessary actions, to ensure system stability and reliability.
