⚫Draft and implement the assigned marketing programs (360 plan), including product portfolio management, new product launch, product forecasting, product communication, promotional / online & offline activities, etc.
⚫Collaborate with internal & external parties to ensure a smooth and successful execution of assigned marketing programs.
⚫Collect, understand and analyze Amway distributors, market and consumer information, including market development, competition movements, and consumer insight to have quality data that enables to develop strategy and plan.
⚫Handle distributors and consumers’ queries for the assigned products to ensure the questions or problems are dealt with in a responsible manner.
⚫Communicate and follow up on product quality/service issues with related internal/external parties.

⚫ Education background: University graduated or above.
⚫ Minimum relevant requirements: At least 8-10 year experience in marketing or the related field. Cosmetics industry preferred.
⚫Cosmetics / FMCG Experience - Strategic thinking - Budget management (sales forecast; price strategy, portfolio management) - 360 marketing plan - Able to obilize other departments (sales, logistic, education, content team etc. ) and partner agencies to develop GTM plans)
⚫Quick learner, open to understanding the needs of the direct selling industry, highly resilient under pressure, and adaptable to changes - Excellent communication skills and skilled at presenting plans and ideas - Ability to think positively and solve problems effectively.
⚫大學或研究所(國外大學或研究所優先),商管科系、傳播科系、妝品系佳 美妝或快消品行銷經驗 8年以上,有美妝行銷經驗或直銷(妝品)產業經驗優先
⚫ Special Skill Requirement: Capable in planning, coordination, and implementation.
⚫Language: Proficient in English.
