Đưa ra giải pháp hiệu quả trong việc phát triển nhân sự hiệu quả.

Xây dựng quy định về HCNS, quản trị nhân sự trong toàn hệ thống.

Xử lý các vấn đề liên quan trong toàn công ty.

Báo cáo trực tiếp lên Giám đốc công ty.
职务需求
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị Nhân lực từ các trường đại học uy tín.
-
Có ít nhất 05 năm kinh nghiệm trong vị trí quản lý nhân sự.
-
Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các tập đoàn nước ngoài có tính hệ
thống cao.

Khả năng tiếng Anh lưu loát, tiếng Trung là một lợi thế.
-
Kỹ năng sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm MS Offices và các phần mềm chuyên
dụng liên quan đến công việc.

Có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao và làm việc nhóm hiệu quả.

Additionally, Voltrans is a member of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).
