■ Comprehensive Insurance Plan: In compliance with the law, every employee is covered by labor insurance, national health insurance, and regular monthly contributions to the pension fund. Employees also benefit from comprehensive group insurance coverage, including life insurance, accident insurance, medical insurance, and cancer insurance. Employees have the option to enroll their dependents at their own expense, enjoying coverage and limits that exceed industry norms.
■ Flexible Leave Attendance System: Employees who have been employed for at least six months are entitled to 3 days of special leave, while those employed for a year enjoy 7 days. Upon joining the company, employees can use their special leave for the current year in advance and are also granted 7 days of paid leave per year.
