• Plan, execute, and manage content across Zalo Video’s social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, Threads, Zalo Video, Instagram, YouTube, etc.);
• Develop content directions aligned with user growth strategies and brand positioning;
• Collaborate with Content, Design, Product, and Media teams to implement communication campaigns;
• Monitor trends, user insights, and propose creative content ideas, especially for short-form video;
• Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and quality of all posts;
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, views, follower growth, etc.);
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, and recommend improvements to optimize social media performance;
• Manage and support the development of user communities across platforms;
• Work with KOLs/Creators (when applicable) in communication campaigns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, PR, or a related field;
• 1-3 years of experience in Social Media, Content, or Digital Marketing;
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and video content trends;
• Ability to plan and execute content independently;
• Strong writing skills, creative thinking, and the ability to quickly capture trends;
• Basic data analysis skills with the ability to optimize content based on performance;
• Familiarity with basic design and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.) for visual design and video editing;
• Proactive, responsible, and a strong team player.
