• Collect, process, and manage relevant datasets; build operational dashboards and trackers for different teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting;
• Conduct basic analyses to monitor product, content, and feature performance;
• Prepare periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly) to support the Partnership Growth, Content, and Marketing teams;
• Support A/B testing analysis for product experiments;
• Collaborate with Data Analysts and Product Managers to understand analytical requirements and generate actionable insights;
• Perform other data-related tasks as assigned.

• At least 1 year of experience in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, IT, Economics, or a related field;
• Fundamental knowledge of data analysis and basic statistics;
• Proficiency in SQL at a basic to intermediate level;
• Experience using Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of Python (pandas, numpy) is a plus;
• Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and careful working style;
• Proactive learner with a strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with product analytics or user data;
• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.);
• Understanding of key product metrics such as DAU, MAU, retention, funnel, and conversion;
• Interest in video, digital content, or social media platforms.
