• Plan & develop content calendars (evergreen, occasions), ensuring timely and relevant content creation and distribution;
• Manage content libraries and databases;
• Implement content projects/ campaigns across Zalo ecosystem & monitor projects/ campaigns’ performance;
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to drive coordination and execution of campaigns, content distribution and activations in both in-app and out-app;
• Conduct regular audits to maintain content quality and consistency.

• Bachelor's degree;
• Strong analytical skills and data driven;
• Quick adaptation & proactive skillset.

Preferred Qualification:

• Exposure in tech & media industry or other platforms is advantageous;
• Strong sense of trending content in local market;
• Good communications and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities;
• Experience in campaign development or social media is a plus.
