Role Description

  • Collect onboarding information from candidates and coordinate with relevant teams for next steps
  • Support interview scheduling, meeting arrangements, and equipment preparation
  • Update and maintain the recruitment database
  • Communicate application results to candidates in a timely manner
  • Prepare documents and facilities for onboarding and orientation sessions
  • Support basic finance-related tasks and recruitment reporting
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events and campus activities
  • Post job openings on career websites and forums
  • Participate in the recruitment process for associate-level positions under supervision

Requirements

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate from a University/College with good English communication skills
  • Strong writing skills and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous internship experience in Recruitment or Administration, with basic understanding of the recruitment process
  • Experience supporting events such as Job Fairs, Seminars, or Contests
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
  • Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proactive, positive, and able to work well in a team
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
