  • Coordinate with the IE Assembly Project Leader.
  • Collect onsite production data.
  • Analyze data to identify wastes (non‑value‑added activities).
  • Identify process bottlenecks.
  • Provide improvement solutions based on IE methodology / Lean / Six Sigma.
  • Participate in the full process improvement cycle: observation → data collection → analysis → solution → follow‑up.

応募条件

  • Vietnamese citizen with full legal eligibility to work in Vietnam.
  • Remains a student throughout the 6-month internship period, concluding the end of October 2026.
  • Undergraduate student majoring in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or any other relevant fields.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks, with attention to detail and careful work habits.
  • Data analysis skills: strong mathematical and statistical capabilities.
  • Systems knowledge: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Supply Chain.
  • Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
