PMAX Launchpad - Trainee Program 2026 is a fast-track development program designed to nurture high-potential young talents into future digital marketing experts and business leaders. Through hands-on experience, real client projects, and mentorship from industry experts, trainees will gain the opportunity to grow as full-stack digital marketers within a transparent and accelerated career path at PMAX.

3 Phases to Grow with Us:



JOB DETAILS:

Media Execution: (80%)

  • Responsible for the execution, the day to day running of all search, social, and display advertising campaigns (with instructions of LM)
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CPL, CPO, ROAS, CAC,…)
  • Daily planning budget and tasks to deliver on time with acceptable result/ outcome.
  • Accountable for managing and ensuring the day-to-day operation and execution of search, social, and display advertising campaigns. (with instructions of LM)
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CPL, CPO, ROAS, CAC,…)
  • Developing a dashboard to monitor performance, optimize spending, identify trends, and communicate insights with stakeholders (project team/ clients)

Report & Analytics: (20%)

  • Create campaign reports to extract valuable insights for upcoming campaigns.
  • Proficiency in conducting thorough data analysis to uncover root causes and insights, formulating hypotheses, and rigorously testing them, with the goal of generating positive outcomes for projects and earning high regard from clients.

    • Good at analytical skills, problem-solving skills & critical thinking.
    • Using AI tool to support study
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English

    Interview process

    Recruitment Process:

    • Phase 1: Application & Entrance Test
    • Phase 2: 1st Interview with Functional Manager
    • Phase 3: 2nd Interview with Head of Department
    • Phase 4: Offer
    • The test will be sent to applicants within approximately 24 hours after submitting the application. Please make sure to check your email regularly.
    • Candidates will have 3 days from the time of receiving the test to complete it.
      The test duration is 45 minutes.
