• Assist with brand marketing administration and activities in the Vietnam market.
• Assist in coordinating events.
• Assist in requesting POSM/FOC items and coordinate with the warehouse to deliver POSM/FOC to shops participating in display programs.
• Follow up on customer requests via group chat and brief internal designers for posters and menus.
• Assist in following up on payments with suppliers/bartenders.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
• Ensure monthly and weekly reports are completed as requested.
• Support social media activities: translate content calendars and create content for social posts.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks as requested by management.

• Internship duration: 6 months (full-time).
• Open to undergraduate students majoring in Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, or related fields.
• Able to work in late nights as events require.
• Willingness to work in nightlife environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Confident in English writing and speaking.
• Passionate, outgoing, and team-oriented.
