• Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
• Assist in coordinating events: Prepare, pack, and deliver POSM to events and back to office.
• Be present and support for the event organization as required.
• Manage the point-of-sale inventory and control inflow and outflow; responsible for receiving and delivering the inventory items to outlets or to other destinations as required.
• Ensure monthly and weekly reports are completed as requested.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Line Manager.

• Internship duration: 6 months (Full-time)
• Open to 3rd – 4th year students in related majors or recent graduates.
• High level of English, both written and spoken.
• Able to work in late nights as events require.
• Willingness to work in nightlife environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Capable of working under pressure.
• Passionate, outgoing, and team-oriented.
