Mandarin-Speaking Product and Project Executive

The Product and Project Executive is responsible for project coordination, planning, research, and communication (both internal and external) required for the introduction and rollout of new projects and product integrations.

• Monitor and analyze features and performance of websites, online integrations, mobile sites, and applications.
• Coordinate with Product Vendors, IT, and Operations team with new product launch plans and settings.
• Understand business priority, manage project plans, and timelines, gather user requirements and coordinate and execute testing.
• Liaise between Vendor, Operations, and IT team during requirement gathering, design, and finalization.
• Ensure project acceptance and communication to all stakeholders for launch.

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelors/College Degree, any field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good rationale, logical mentality.
• Experience in market or product research.
• Experience in project management, coordination, and execution.
• Required Language(s): English and Mandarin or Chinese.
• Willing to relocate to the Philippines.
