Program Officer (DQLAB)
職缺描述
- Identify and establish partnerships with universities, communities, mentors, and companies to expand DQLab reach and influence.
- Work closely with partners to create and execute collaborative programs and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the impact of the partnership program and make adjustment to maximize performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
- Provide regular reports on program activities (partnerships), progress, and results to the management team. "
職務需求
- Minimum S1 from any major.
- Proven experience in program development, specifically in partnership.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that leverage partnerships.
