Job Description
Assist in daily accounting and finance operations
Support preparation of payment vouchers, invoices, and expense claims
Perform data entry and maintain proper filing of financial documents
Assist in bank reconciliations and basic accounting schedules
Support month-end closing activities
Help prepare simple financial reports and analysis
Assist in audits and ad-hoc finance tasks when required
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Good attention to detail and organized
Willingness to learn and positive working attitude
