• Deeply understand business needs, applying AI models for informed decision-making and strategic development
• Develop AI agents and workflows that integrate seamlessly with existing systems, enhancing functionality and boosting user engagement
• Stay current with AI technology trends and bring new, innovative ideas to the team
• Propose and build proofs of concept (POCs) to evaluate new technologies’ feasibility and impact
• Manage automated prompt evaluation systems aimed at enhancing prompt quality and supporting overall model improvement

[Responsibilities]

• Design, implement, and maintain generative AI applications and AI agent systems
• Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques for company-wide knowledge management and product enhancement initiatives
• Oversee data flows and infrastructure to ensure efficient AI deployment and optimize system performance
• Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business objectives and organizational goals
• Develop and refine automated systems for prompt evaluation, with a focus on enhancing content quality and supporting model fine-tuning efforts
• Support internal teams by preparing training materials and providing guidance on AI applications, helping expand AI knowledge across the organization
• Engage in continuous learning and leverage AI tools to address skill gaps, boosting efficiency and the quality of output

Technical Expertise:

• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python
• AI Tools & Techniques: Experience with LangChain, agentic workflows, and prompt engineering
• Data Management & Integration: Experience with vector databases and managing large-scale document indexing
• System Integration & API Development: Knowledge of RESTful APIs, WebSocket, or other standard API protocols
• Cloud Services: Basic experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, including familiarity with Colab and cloud-based AI services like Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI

Nice to Have:

• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and understanding of application containerization processes
• Frontend or backend development experience to support system integration and architecture
• Practical experience with Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF)
• Knowledge of full-text search engines, such as Elasticsearch
