【工作內容】

1. 參與產品介面的整體設計流程，包括需求訪談、使用者流程規劃、互動介面設計。
2. 與 PM、工程師跨部門協作，將需求轉換為具體的設計解決方案，並持續優化使用者體驗。
3. 建立與維護 Design System，確保產品視覺與互動一致性。
4. 進行使用者研究、可用性測試與回饋分析，並提出改善建議。
5. 製作 Wireframe、Mockup 與 Prototype，協助驗證需求並提升溝通效率與可用性。

【Job Description】

1. Participate in the end-to-end product interface design process, including requirement interviews, user flow planning, and interactive interface design.
2. Collaborate with PMs and engineers across departments to translate requirements into actionable design solutions and continuously optimize the user experience.
3. Establish and maintain the Design System to ensure visual and interaction consistency across the product.
4. Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis, and provide improvement recommendations.
5. Create Wireframes, Mockups, and Prototypes to validate requirements and improve communication efficiency.

【基本條件】

1. 具備 1 年以上 UI/UX 設計、產品設計或相關領域經驗。
2. 熟悉 Figma 或其他 UI 設計工具，能獨立完成 User Flow、Wireframe、Mockup 與 Prototype。
3. 具備良好的視覺設計能力，能掌握一致的產品風格與排版細節。
4. 了解基本 UX 方法，如使用者訪談、Persona、使用流程分析等。
5. 主動積極、具備跨部門協作與溝通能力，能清楚呈現設計邏輯並推動任務進展。

【加分條件】

1. 具備 SaaS、AI 或新創領域、B2B產品設計經驗。
2. 熟悉前端概念（如 HTML/CSS），能與工程師更有效溝通。
3. 具備英文能力，能適應跨國團隊工作情境。
4. 具備使用者研究或 UX 實驗的規劃與執行經驗。

【Basic Qualifications】

1. At least 1 year of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or related fields.
2. Proficient in Figma or other UI design tools, able to independently create User Flows, Wireframes, Mockups, and Prototypes.
3. Strong visual design skills with attention to maintaining consistent product style and layout details.
4. Understanding of basic UX methods, such as user interviews, personas, and user flow analysis.
5. Proactive, with strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, able to clearly present design rationale and drive tasks forward.

【Preferred Qualifications】

1. Experience in SaaS, AI, startup environments, or B2B product design.
2. Familiarity with front-end concepts (e.g., HTML/CSS) for effective collaboration with engineers.
3. English proficiency to work effectively with international teams.
4. Experience planning and conducting user research or UX experiments.
