We're looking for Malaysian Fresh Grads with analytic skills, critical thinking and sensitive to numbersJob Description: Performing a variety of accounting related functions to realise and reduce revenue leakages accordance to practices, policies, and principles are adhered to, and to protect the integrity of financial data of the organization.Perform daily/periodic revenue assurance audit/reconciliation between various data source, success-failure rate, product package, open-close balances; evaluation systems performance, business processes, other impacted parameters and business scenarios.Collaborate with business partners and various departments on recovery process.Produce revenue assurance/ reconciliation report for outline error, problem and root-cause investigation within established deadlines.Recommend and cultivate remedy action and report to the relevant department to improve business processes.Ad hoc projects to improvise finance reporting, internal system performance and business flows.Business expansion to China corridor (Fluent verbal and written ability in English, Chinese is required.)

The holding company’s audit team supports the audit for the group and we are looking for a dedicated, passionate and highly driven individual to join our team as an Internal Audit Senior Executive to focus on the following:Roles and Responsibilities:Assist audit activities in prepare audit schedule, audit program and arrange for meetings with auditees.Perform audit review according to annual audit plan for head office operations and overseas entities.Examine and evaluate the adequacy, efficiency and effectiveness of the internal controls, riskmanagement practices, governance processes and compliance with payment services regulations,internal policies and SOPs and other relevant statutory regulations.Raise the audit findings in each audit assignments with practical recommendationsAssist to prepare draft audit report for audit performed.Perform follow up on implementation of Management’s corrective actions for audit findings.Ensure detailed and effective documentation of working papers for record and review.Perform other duties when requested by the Management.

Project ManagerLocation: Bangsar South (Accessible by LRT Kerinchi)Role and Responsibilities Leading the team to refine business requirements, designing, developing, enhancing, and implementing the application.Take part in project initialize, project planning, project execution and project closure.Prepare and maintain project documents which include, project charter, change request log, risk logs, issue logs etc.Perform risk analysis on each project.Handling Business As Usual Change Request (BAU CR)/Bug ticket if necessary.Provide confirmation to close ticket upon successful Production deployment.Accountable for compliance (SLA, governance controls) from User Acceptance Test (UAT) to deployment stageActively communicate with Stakeholders and Project team on the scope, budget, timeline, and status of projectActively communicate with Project team to identify any potential change overlap between BAU and Project change.Liaison for all communications with Project Sponsor/Stakeholder.Self starting with excellent leadership and team building skillsManage vendor relationship and deliverables.Manage stakeholder expectation.Ensure project deliverables quality.
