【 About the Vesta 】
Vesta is a volunteer group with a mission to bring pure love to people, pets, and planet, established by founder/CEO of Tomofun, Victor Chang. In 2015, it officially became the Tomofun CSR team, continuing to expand its influence through corporate power.
Over the past 17 years, Vesta has been dedicated to organizing volunteers to build homes in the slums of the Philippines jungles. To date, Vesta has led over 1,000+ volunteers in activities supporting 10,000+ underprivileged families.
In 2024, Vesta was officially registered as the “Vesta Association” (友家公益行動協會) — Our goal is to create a trustworthy and easily accessible volunteer action platform — offering diverse participation programs that allow everyone to find their way to volunteer, providing education around various issues and challenges, and making an impact on vulnerable kids, stray animals, and marine environmental protection.
【 About the Role 】
The Vesta Sr. Marketing Manager is a key strategic leader responsible for defining how Vesta’s People–Pets–Planet mission is communicated, understood, and felt by the world. This role owns Vesta’s brand narrative, integrated marketing strategy, content direction, and annual communication roadmap—ensuring that Vesta grows into one of Taiwan’s most trusted and inspiring impact brands.
We believe that brand power can drive empathy and social change — this role is not just about marketing, but about shaping how the public understands compassion and community.
You will guide all aspects of brand and marketing strategy, spanning social media, digital campaigns, PR, partnerships, fundraising events, charity sales, CSR collaborations, and impact-trip promotion. As Vesta enters a new chapter of expansion, this role holds significant influence over how the brand evolves and scales across Taiwan and the Philippines.
This position collaborates closely with the PM Team to ensure alignment between program development and marketing execution, while working with internal teams and external partners to ensure all content and event materials are authentic, accurate, and story-driven.
