Underwriting & Reinsurance Executive

Contribute to the business performance and risk control of the Company through underwriting and doing the governance tasks for Underwriting/ Reinsurance operational activities.

1. Provide technical support to Marketing and Policy Management Departments.

2. Review for acceptance of using policy wordings (Standard/ Extension), forms & templates in accordance with Underwriting guidelines.

Xem xét chấp thuận việc sử dụng quy tắc bảo hiểm (tiêu chuẩn/ mở rộng), biểu mẫu phù hợp quy định về Nghiệp vụ bảo hiểm.

3. Analyze statistical data and develop reasonable UW&RI schemes, proposals & programs.

Phân tích dữ liệu và xây dựng kế hoạch, đề xuất & chương trình Nghiệp vụ - Tái bảo hiểm phù hợp.

4. Develop new/ revamped products in respect of tariffs, wordings of policies, terms & conditions for new markets, clients, business projects, etc.

Xây dựng sản phẩm mới về biểu phí, quy tắc bảo hiểm, điều khoản & điều kiện của sản phẩm bảo hiểm cho thị trường, khách hàng, dự án kinh doanh mới, v.v.

5. Review issues concerning premiums, policy wordings, terms & conditions of existing Insurance products for further improvement.

Rà soát phí bảo hiểm, quy tắc bảo hiểm, điều khoản & điều kiện của sản phẩm hiện có nhằm cải thiện hơn nữa;

6. Maintain & update UW&RI guidelines and related forms for Insurance operations.

Quản lý & cập nhật các Hướng dẫn Nghiệp vụ & Tái bảo hiểm liên quan cho hoạt động khai thác Nghiệp vụ bảo hiểm.

7. Set up internal control systems in order to ensure consistency and compliance with UW&RI guidelines.

Thiết lập các khung kiểm soát nhằm đảm bảo tính nhất quán và tuân thủ Hướng dẫn Nghiệp vụ & Tái bảo hiểm

8. Monitor in insurance management system (PA system)

Giám sát hệ thống quản lý bảo hiểm

• Graduation with major in Finance/ Economics/ Insurance are advantages.

• Experience in Underwriting/ Reinsurance/ Non-life insurance.

• Good at English. Proficient in MS Office.
