Product Owner 產品負責人(高雄)

We are looking for a Product Owner who drives product execution from idea to launch. This role bridges business needs and technical implementation, ensuring product features are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered to create measurable business impact.

Job Responsabilities:
1. Own the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
2. Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and acceptance criteria for development teams.
3. Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver product features from concept to launch.
4. Define product goals, success metrics, and monitor product performance to identify improvement opportunities.
5. Conduct market and competitor research to identify product opportunities and inform product roadmap decisions.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align business needs and product direction.
7. Support production issue investigation and coordinate with technical teams to resolve product incidents.
8. Maintain product documentation and ensure clear communication across teams.
9. To be on-call based on project needs.
10. Handle ad-hoc product initiatives and assignments from management when needed.

Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or related roles in software or internet companies.
2. Experience delivering software products or features from concept to launch.
3. Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with evolving priorities.
4. Experience managing product operations or handling production incidents is a plus.

Skills:
1. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to support product decisions.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications.
4. Experience working with product analytics or data tools (SQL, Python, etc.) is a plus.
