Risk control assistant

[Job Overview] As a reserve management talent for the risk control department, you are responsible for the daily risk assessment of platform funds and gaming activities. You will identify potential risks through data-driven methods, ensure fund security, and gradually participate in the construction and optimization of the risk control system.

[Job Responsibilities]

1. Risk Assessment and Fund Security:

* Responsible for the initial review and verification of daily user withdrawal applications, strictly controlling the timeliness and security of withdrawals.

* Conduct in-depth verification of users ranking high on the profit leaderboard, identifying and intercepting abnormal arbitrage, fraudulent activities, and illegal gambling.

* Conduct real-time compliance reviews of in-game "jackpot" events to ensure the authenticity and validity of winning data.

2. Data-Driven Risk Control Operations:

* Establish and maintain a risk control data account, output daily risk control reports, and quantify risk indicators.

* Discover abnormal features through data analysis.

3. Strategy Optimization and System Construction:

* Collect and analyze new fraud methods, assisting superiors in optimizing risk control rules, thresholds, and anti-fraud models.

* Participate in the standardization of risk control processes, gradually taking on junior team management and training responsibilities.

【Job Requirements】

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time, nationally recognized university, with preference given to majors requiring strong logical reasoning skills such as mathematics, statistics, finance, and computer science.

2. Core Competencies:

* Possess strong logical thinking and data insight abilities, capable of uncovering subtle clues from massive datasets.

* Proficient in Excel for complex data processing; those with basic SQL/Python knowledge are preferred.

3. Professional Qualities:

* Strong initiative in learning; willing to delve deeper into the field of risk control and research methods for attacking and defending against black and gray market activities.

* Honest, principled, and possessing a high level of confidentiality awareness and professional ethics.

* Strong ability to work under pressure; able to adapt to shift work and high-pressure environments involving handling sudden financial risks.

4. Experience: Prior internship experience in internet risk control, auditing, or financial review is preferred.
