  • 工作內容
    • 使用 Claude(包含 Claude Agent Teams)、OpenAI 等 LLM API 進行 prompt engineering、tool calling 與 multi-agent 協作,開發企業級 AI Agent
    • 實作 Agentic Loop(規劃 → 行動 → 觀察 → 反思 → 迭代),讓 Agent 能自主處理複雜任務並自我修正
    • 開發 Auto Development 功能,讓 AI Agent 能自動生成、測試、優化程式碼與工作流程
    • 建構 Agent 的記憶體系統、工具整合(API、資料庫、內部系統)與企業級安全機制
    • 使用 Claude Agent Teams 來協調多個 AI Agent 並行工作,提升複雜任務的執行效率
    • 與產品、工程師緊密合作,將 Agent 轉化為企業可信任的生產力工具
    • 持續追蹤最新 Agent 框架與技術(LangGraph、CrewAI、Claude Agent Teams、AutoGen 等),並應用到產品中

Requirements

  • 具備 2 年以上軟體開發經驗,精通 Python(後端、Data、SRE、系統開發等背景皆可)
  • 熟悉至少一種主流 LLM API(Claude 優先),並有使用 Claude 開發 Agent 的經驗或強烈學習意願
  • 深刻理解 Agentic Loop、ReAct、Multi-Agent 架構、Claude Agent Teams 等概念,並有實際開發或快速上手能力
  • 熟悉 Agent 開發框架(LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex / CrewAI 等至少一種)
  • 強大的問題拆解、系統設計與 coding 能力,能把模糊需求轉化為可靠的 Agent 流程
  • 加分條件
    • 有使用 Claude Agent Teams 實際開發 multi-agent 系統的經驗
    • 熟悉企業級系統開發(權限控制、審計、資料隱私、SaaS 架構)
    • 有 Auto Development、RAG、Function Calling、Tool Use 等專案經驗
    • 對 Agentic AI 有強烈熱情,曾自行搭建過個人或團隊用的 AI Agent
