我們正在尋找一位具備豐富經驗的資訊安全專員，能夠獨立作業，並在企業快速擴展的過程中，確保持續符合 ISO/IEC 27001、ISO/IEC 27701 及其他相關資安與隱私規範。此角色將負責推動內部稽核、制度與政策建立，以及資安意識推廣，並與產品、營運及法遵等團隊密切合作，在組織成長過程中建立以安全為優先的文化。如果你希望在策略影響力與實務執行之間取得平衡，並對資安與隱私具備高度自主權，這個角色會很適合你。
職責：
- 制定、更新並落實資訊安全與隱私相關政策、程序與紀錄，以符合各項法規與標準要求。
- 主導 ISO 27000 系列標準的內部稽核，追蹤改善措施，並管理外部稽核時程與相關證據文件。
- 執行年度風險評估，維護風險登錄表，並跨部門協調風險改善行動。
- 持續關注資安與隱私法規（例如 PDPA）的最新發展，並提出控制措施調整建議。
- 規劃並推動資安與隱私意識訓練及宣導活動，提升全公司資安意識。
- 與工程、雲端營運、法務及外部顧問合作，確保控制措施持續有效並符合業務需求。

- 至少 3 年資訊安全管理或資安稽核相關經驗，並具備主導 ISO 27001 內部稽核的實務經驗。
- 具備 ISO/IEC 27001:2022 主導稽核員證照，或同等實際稽核經驗。
- 熟悉依據國際標準撰寫與維護資安與隱私政策與程序。
- 熟悉風險評估方法，並具備維護風險登錄表的實務經驗。
- 能規劃並執行資安意識訓練或教材，並能向非技術背景人員清楚傳達。
- 能閱讀英文標準與法規文件並撰寫精簡文件，具備基本英文口說能力以應對必要溝通。
- 具備良好的人際溝通與協調能力，能與跨部門及外部顧問合作。
- 熟悉 GitLab 或 Jira 等專案或議題追蹤工具，並具備基本專案管理概念。
加分條件：
- 曾任職於科技、軟體或雲端服務相關產業。
- 具備 CEH、CISA、CISM、CIPM 或 ISO/IEC 27701 主導稽核員等相關證照。
- 具備優秀簡報、訓練或跨文化合作經驗。
- 具備主動性與問題解決能力，能在資安議題上影響多個團隊。
