We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Business Development Manager (BD Manager) to expand our market presence in Taiwan, Asia, and globally. Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in Taiwan, Asia, and global markets through networking, professional sales presentations, and cold-calling.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their talent acquisition goals.
• Negotiation: Demonstrate excellent negotiation skills to secure the best terms for both clients and candidates, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports for managerial staff, providing insights and recommendations to enhance business development strategies.

- Experience: Previous experience as a headhunter and in sales is highly preferred. Proven track record in business development and market expansion.

- Skills: Advanced negotiation skills, charismatic and professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to make quick decisions.

- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Analytical: Experience with report writing and data analytics to provide actionable insights and drive strategic decisions.
