Requirements
具備 2 年以上客服或相關經驗。
At least 2 years of experience in customer support or a related role.
良好的中英文溝通能力，日文能力佳者加分。
Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English. Japanese ability is a plus.

【About Taiwan Gold Card】
The Taiwan Employment Gold Card is part of the 〈Act for the Recruitment and Employment of Foreign Professional Talent〉 , implemented in October 2017. It is part of a more comprehensive government initiative to attract highly-skilled foreign talent to Taiwan.
Launched in 2018, the Taiwan Employment Gold Card is a 4-in-1 card with benefits, that includes:
- Work Permit: Allows cardholders to seek employment freely, obtain employment at any time, work any type of job legally, or even start your own business in Taiwan.
- Resident Visa: Long-term visa (multiple re-entry) which allows cardholders to stay in Taiwan. This includes residence for your spouse and children, and 1 year visitor visa for your parents / grandparents.
